"My review is about Thriveworks and my therapist Christin Collier at this office, not the physical location as my appointments are virtual. I see Christin and have enjoyed my sessions with her. They have been very helpful and I have learned a variety of tools to better handle my anxiety. Her style of counseling has adapted over time to fit my needs. Additionally, I always have appointments scheduled, which has made therapy for me very difficult in the past. Thriveworks also sends reminders for my appointments, including video links right before the appointment. In the past I've forgotten appointments, which caused much stress for me. While the monthly fee made me hesistant in the beginning, it's been worth it for me as it allows me to stay on track."

"an absolute JOKE of a practice. was told on 2 separate conversations that I could get diagnosis for adult ADHD, set up and had 55 minute conversation with the Dr/therapist. received email the next day from Dr telling me that he is not qualified to diagnose AND that Thriveworks does not offer that service..........HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW that you are not qualified to do something ? ADDED BONUS---I WAS CHARGED $195.00"

"My therapist Rachel was lovely, but the billing department for this company is incompetent/unprofessional. Since it is a corporate company they don’t care about getting it right either. When booking I made sure I was in network with my provider with the Thriveworks customer service rep who booked me. 3 months after my sessions ended, I was sent a bill saying my insurance was invalid to resend the insurance information which I did. 3 days later they drained my account for the entire bill of $540 without my knowledge. So I called my insurance and they informed me that they told Thriveworks that they filed to the wrong branch of my insurance and they needed to send it to the correct branch and proved that info for them. But my insurance also told me, they never refiled it and instead they just took my money. And no point in trying to call billing to fix it, they don’t answer the only department that answers is for scheduling appointments. So they can scan more people."

"I worked with a therapist virtually on Thriveworks, and the therapist was competent and friendly. HOWEVER, their billing and insurance departments are absolutely terrible. I have been expected to pay for a clerical error that they made when filing with my insurance company. The company is large and decentralized, and so you'll spend hours on hold and being transferred before you reach the correct person to speak with, but that person will only be able to file some paperwork. Then you'll have to call back in two weeks as that paperwork has been rejected. Thriveworks will make an error with your insurance or your billing, but they are completely unclear about what you will be billed for. Thriveworks makes your life significantly harder, and you should go anywhere but here."
