"I’m giving 3 stars only because of how the appointment system is worked and the communication aspect. It’s a hassle dropping your car off at the appointed time and it doesn’t get looked at until a day or two later. I understand they’re busy getting cars in and out don’t get me wrong, but what’s the point of the appointment system if my car won’t be seen within the hour. I definitely appreciate Elvis being patient with me constantly calling trying to get an update on a time of when they’ll be finished with my car. Luckily the maintenance was completely covered under warranty and I just paid diagnostic fees. So far I’m satisfied with the quality of service but probably done investing my money in a Kia."

"Couple days ago I went to Kia Koons dealership for my usual car maintenance. I want to say it was the best day ever getting repair service anywhere. I have been surprised when staff asked me would you like to stay there for the while or we can bring you to your home. I choose to enjoy my visit to IKEA, and I have got the free shuttle from my now lovely dealership. The second surprise was the short time of maintenance work, it’s was totally unexpected. And last present from Kia Koons was my completely clean and shiny car, even vacuumed inside. Really it was the best service ever! I wish all the best for all professionals who make the business great!"

He made sure I had a rental for the time my car was in the shop which was crucial for me. I have been skeptical of car dealerships when it comes to service repairs but they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
