"I scheduled an appointment with Dr Castillo-Catoni on INOVA website and an hour later one of her medical assistants called me to cancel the appointment. The MA said that Dr. Castillo-Catoni was not receiving new patients, however INOVA website allowed me to book my appointment. I think a big health group such INOVA should keep their MDs information up to date, appointment booking included. So far I can say, I haven't had a pleasant experience with Dr. Castillo-Catoni. INOVA website is deceiving and does not do any favors to this doctor. A horrible and frustrating customer experience!"

"5 years after my initial review and I still give this doctor 5 stars. I have multiple health issues and she stays on top of them all and has good communication with all of my specialists. That is no easy task. She is attentive, engaged and - quite frankly - brilliant. Sometimes when people are as highly intelligent as she clearly is, their people skills are lacking. That's not at all true with Dr. Castillo-Catoni. She is the wonderful blend of knowledge coupled with kindness. I appreciate her honesty, directness and warmth. The office staff are excellent, and the nurses there are fantastic. Everyone in the office is a part of the well oiled machine that is this practice. I have recommended this office many times and will continue to. There have been a couple occasions when I had to wait a bit longer than expected. Having been privy to her thorough way of doing things, I just figured that someone was having a bigger issue than anyone realized. When she got to me, she took her time and didn't rush because of having fallen behind. I appreciate that very much. She is caring and responsive. She's not allowed to move or retire... :)"
