As the last scenic view heading south on the Blue Ridge Parkway for nearly fifteen miles, House Mountain Overlook provides a unique perspective of the landscape. Although some trees obstruct the view from the parking lot, visitors can easily navigate between them for a clear sight. Without these trees, this overlook would be considered one of the best on the Parkway.
