"Was a loyal customer up until today. I had ordered a pizza through Grubhub but the delivery was being done by Vocellis. The order was taking way longer than estimated, so I called to get an ETA on the driver (as instructed by GH). The worker immediately cuts me off and says “Call Grubhub.” and hung up on me. I called back and explained the situation and how i did not appreciate his disrespect. He then gets defensive and starts shouting about how GrubHub are liars and did not show any sign of accountability or empathy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly upset and will never bring my business here again. They should be shut down since they clearly do not care about their customers. This whole situation could have been avoided if the worker had common sense and common courtesy. Do better."
"I’ve been taking advantage of the buy one get one free pizza Wednesday offer for months. Pizza is delicious and service is prompt and friendly. I’m glad I had never read the many terrible reviews before and wonder if those were for a different location. Highly recommend the Falls Church Vocellis!"
