Papa Johns Pizza

"We have been ordering pizza from this location for months for both of our schools. On a weekly basis. delivery is always an issue, they can never find us. One time the delivery person left the pizza on the ground in front of our facility, they go to the wrong entrance all the time and this last time he yelled at our staff for not being available on time for the delivery, they run late and we have business running. We cannot wait or fluctuate our schedule to cater to their late deliveries. We will not be ordering from here, we do not like to be yelled at."

"Not to be dramatic but Imagine working all day ordering food to be delivered around the same time you get home from work only for the food to never ever arrive..... Orderd pizza at 9:23PM and at midnight my ordered was refunded to my card. I went to the app only to see that my order had been canceled. No phone call no email.... its too late to order food from anywhere else thanks for the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life..."

"Always make the pizzas pretty quickly if you order in store. Ordering is easy. Don't order later at night because they don't answer the phone. Also, the place is a 3 minute drive from my home. I recently ordered delivery but was disappointed because it took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive. This location only offers take out."

"They'll get the order wrong and they will argue with you in a hostile manner over the phone. Avoid this location at all cost. I ordered a peperoni and pineapple for a pick up. You can see on the box label that peperoni is mentioned.(Photo attached) I got home and realized there's only pineapple on my pizza, no peperoni. Gave the manager a call. He starts to argue with me that on their system, there's only pineapple. I told him that peperoni is mentioned in my box order label and I ordered a 2 large 2 topping with a coupon. The manager starts to get aggressive and hostile. Even told me "the store was too busy and peperoni mentioned on the box label might have been a mix up." I asked him, "If you guys make that kind of mistake, don't you think it's possible you guys forgot to put peperoni on my pizza?" He became even more hostile. Just never order from this location. They will get the order wrong and blame you when you call out their mistakes. This is one of the worst pizza ordering experience I had in decades."

"I am severely allergic to pineapples. I ordered my pizza with no pineapples and one piece very clearly had pineapple. This is terrifying. This is unacceptable. Especially at a place where people can order to fit their own wants and needs."
