Old Rag Circuit Hike, located on Nethers Road in Etlan, Virginia, is a popular park known for its challenging and rewarding 9.4-mile circuit hike. This hike features an adventurous rock scramble and offers a breathtaking 360-degree view from the summit. However, it is important to note that this hike is very physically demanding and can be dangerous if not properly planned for. Visitors must obtain an Old Rag day-use ticket in advance, in addition to a Park entrance pass, from March 1 to November 30. Pets are not allowed on this hike, except for service animals.
