"The staff are absolutely amazing! The vibe of the office is super positive & the decor was even on point but most importantly the service was A+ it was my clients first appointment so we were just expecting X-rays but to our surprise the dentist stated she could handle all of her needs we did a X-rays, cleaning and fillins all at once and we are proud to say this will be our new home for all our Dental needs"
"Very friendly staff. There was a nice receptionist and she was nice. Not truly organized in their procedures. Attempted an extraction with a known infection which I later found out from a friend that should not ever be done. Surgeon was knowledgeable about possible treatments for needed surgery and open about financing options but she micromanaged everything and everyone. She definitely gets loud if she has a point and will over talk you fast so best to know what you want to say after she finishes her raised voice conversation. Overall it was okay, the teeth cleaning could be a bit more gentle that mess was hurting( yes I said it like that). scale of 1 to 10 excitement about going back for my next appointment? 4."
"Amazing . The dental assistant provided great support to our 4 year old . We were worried she was going to cry , and she didn’t . The team work here made her totally comfortable . Great first time visit ."
"When I first called, I asked specifically about braces. She told me that they provide the service so that’s why I booked an appointment in the first place. She stated that they would do the exam first and then go over the charges for the braces with me. I get to the appt and she asks am I there for Invisalign? I was confused, I told her over the phone I wanted braces, she then stated oh no, they only provide Invisalign which was the first red flag because why would you lie to get me there, try to get me out of $1200 for a service that I didn’t inquiry about. Not to mention she does the front desk and also the patients, there’s no other hygienist and only 1 assistant. Equipment was not clean as well. I will not recommend going here. She was a nice lady that’s the only reason I’d give 2 stars."
