"I decided to try a new dentist office and when I say I love it! Let me say this Dr.Kindred and his staff were simply amazing. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in! I have always been diligent with my dental care but this experience was top tier. I felt like I had been a patient for years! I also liked the fact that he and his staff not only worked on my teeth but they were educating me. I learned so much about better ways to maintain the health of my teeth. "Made an appointment and was told that they took Cigna PPO- two months later a day before the appointment someone contacted me to tell me that they were out of network and that I had to contact my insurance to tell them that they would be my primary dental care. They never explained the out of network when I first made my appointment and they expected me to pay out of pocket. This seems like a catch and they try to charge their customers out of pocket knowing that they are out of network in the first place. They knew I needed the appointment and probably thought that I was not going to mind paying out of pocket! That’s crazy.. I wonder how many people really fall for it and will end up paying out of pocket because they don’t want to go through the hassle of wasting more time looking for another provider. Don’t fall for it!!!! Really unprofessional"
"I just went for my first visit and was surprised by the atmosphere. I’ve lived across the street for 2 years and never would have expected this level of quality service and compassion. The only complaint might be not being able to do my paperwork in advance of my first appointment, but otherwise 10 out of 10 highly recommend."
"This was my first visit and unfortunately I was the last appointment of the day. Even though my cleaning was great I felt like if my appointment was a bit earlier it would’ve went a little slower. But overall the staff was friendly, kind, and courteous. It was very clean inside and Not just because the place was new. They even had new equipment that I’ve never seen which was pretty dope! I would definitely recommend!"
