"Horrible Place my daughter braces has been on for 5 years I cant get a doctor to remove them they keep canceling all I wanted is my daughters records to take her out of this place but the lady in the office was not there so I can collect her information. So I I had to call Corp office to make a patient complaint the Staff is very unprofessional dont go here place has go down hill since covid this location needs to close!!!!!!!!"

"Terrible customer service resolution skills by the Ortho Coordinator DEANNA. BRIANNA was a bit more helpful even though it isn't her department. Office Manager is no help either. This location constantly cancel appointments without notifying patients and ignore you when you have questions as to why. Definitely do not recommend. I will never return here. Sn-it's January and they still have the tree up. Just speaks volumes for the laziness and lack of passion this location has for anything."

"This location is HORRIBLE. I've walked in several times without being greeted, I had to ask for assistance while there were multiple ladies standing at the front desk talking. My daughter orthro appointment has been canceled several times. when I call to reschedule, the never answer the phone. I finally took time off work and went to the location just for them to tell me they don't have a doctor. I asked if we could be switched to another location, she said "no because you contracted with us". I explained to her that my daughter braces needed work done and one of her wires is sticking out, she responded is a very nonchalant way "well she got to wait." I spoke to someone this morning who just rescheduled her appt again until the end of January!! My daughter hasn't been seen since early summer (she is supposed to go every 6 weeks). I understand that life happens, and they can't control not having a doctor, however I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism and lack of communication when it comes to a child's care."

"Please save yourself time and energy and do not try to get dental care from this place. I have a hole in my tooth and they have cancelled my treatment appt 2 times in 4 months through a text message BEFORE my appt stating I ‘missed the appt’ and need to reschedule. Come to find out they only see 2 Medicaid patients a month, but they don’t tell you that. They just book you appts and negligently don’t care for you even if your tooth is extremely sensitive and needs to be fixed in a timely manner. WORST DENTAL CARE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. And I am reporting them to Medicaid for negligence!"

"If you’re looking for a dentist to go to Spencer, dental is NOT the dentist to go to been calling them for months haven’t gotten Al hold of anyone just the run around , couldn’t see a doctor while pregnant. My son is six months now and my insurance only takes Spencer dental, after calling numerous of times finally got an appointment & they canceled the day before so they rescheduled for the week after . tomorrow was suppose to be my appointment and they called and told me they had to cancel because they’re booked until June of next year. !!!!!!!!!!!! People have lives , people have jobs to work & kids schedules to work around just for to be canceled the day before everyone I’ve spoke to on the phone has been rude and disrespectful TRUST ME IM GOING TO Corporate now sounds like there doing a whole bunch of nothing up there , just based off my experience trying to get a appointment I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone"
