"Got to share this 1 with y’all!!!! This was my FIRST visit to this office and of course my anxiety level was in another galaxy. Many of us are afraid of dentist and even more so after a bad experience. I arrived early to finish new patient paperwork and while doing so SEVERAL other patients came into the office… a few were children. The front office staff a phenomenal!!!!! Funny, welcoming, compassionate and empathetic to the anxieties of new patients. I’m bad on new names so please excuse me if I don’t mention these ladies by name. Once in the back my dental hygienist deserves a CROWN…. No I didn’t act TOO much like a baby.. lol Dr. Daud came into the exam room and when I tell you this man is GENTLE!!!!! I’m laying there looking up at looked like to me a football player but he eased my worries and anxiety. And I can’t end this review without saying check out with the lady whose office is decorated with frogs… she’s SO SWEET!!!! This is how a dentist office should feel as well as the outstanding customer service and 100% caring!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I’ve never done a review this long but Norfolk Dental Clinic DESERVES it!!! I go back January…… stay tuned! :)"
"I can't even start with how great this dentistry is. The office staff is amazing. They are patient and always pleasant. I have very bad anxiety and my dentist and the assistants deal with me in a gentle and very caring way. So happy I found them."
