"Cute shop with lots of things I loved. One person working was extremely friendly. However, the other younger lady (expecting) was not friendly at all. I probably will take my business elsewhere as I can buy all these brands online. Trying to shop local, but only if it's appreciated."
"This year for Christmas, like every other girl, I wanted the Ugg Tasman slippers in chestnut brown. I called all over the country and remembered I got my Ugg boots in high school at Yarids so I gave them a call from Florida. I called and they were out of stock, but put me on a waitlist in December with little hope of them arriving before Christmas. Weeks before Christmas they called to let me know they received the shoes I wanted in my size at their Charleston location and would ship them for me!!! They went over and beyond and called me several times to ensure the order went through and give me shipping confirmation!! They arrived to Florida in less than 48 hours and are PERFECT! I am so thankful I thought of Yarids! Great customer service and so helpful even during the stressful time of the holidays. Please shop small and shop local before shopping big name stores online. I cannot recommend Yarids enough!!! Thank you all again! I haven’t taken them off since I got them!!!"
"Was very excited to shop there and found multiple items I would have purchased. But was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I don’t believe that anyone even made eye contact with me even though I stood at the front counter waiting on someone to assist me. Very disappointed in the service. Love the selection but all of the brands can be purchased at other stores and online."
