"I love versona but the girl who is on the floor usually is just the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m here frequently and there’s been times where I’ll go to the register with a purchase and she literally sighs and huffs and puffs and I’ll say hi how are you and she bluntly goes “good.” No greeting walking in- fairly unpleasant."
"I do enjoy shopping this store. But am rather annoyed that the hours on google maps is wrong and when I addressed it with staff they said they knew and just said the mall didn’t open till 11. No effort to correct"
"Nice store near entrance of mall so very nice if you don’t need to go through entire mall. Nobody really greets you but that’s ok in a way bc it allows customers to look some without being pressured. Could maybe get in some better shoe selections but still ok."

I follow them on Instagram for ideas on how to put different pieces together, but when I go into the store, I always find the associate Chelsea super helpful. It is like having a personal shopper! She shows me ideas of how to pair different outfits together, add accessories, and I always come away with new and stylish pieces. Thanks, Versona!"
