The Academy of Rock Music is a premier music academy located at 2955 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Established in 2007, we offer one-on-one instruction in drums, guitar, bass, voice, and keys at both our Newport News and Virginia Beach locations. Our spring roster features 16 AoRM bands performing across 3 dates in March. We accept students of all ages and skill levels, including adults. Our bands consist of 6-8 students per group and meet once a week for a 2-hour rehearsal led by our team of highly qualified instructors. We are proud to be a stepping stone for local talent and offer a fun and creative environment for musicians to hone their skills and build lasting friendships.
