"We had a check up and went right back to be seen. It was so fast and during the appt I asked about braces bc my son had an underbite. The orthodontist side made a quick check up to be seen that same time/day. The orthodontist was so good at explaining things I wouldn’t have a clue about. She allowed time for questions. Then we had an appt set up, and I had some insurance updates that needed to be done. This office was so good about answering my calls and reaching out to insurance to get the quote in time. I’m very appreciative of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating!"

"We always have a good experience for regular cleaning and setting appointments on doctors Kakars side, the orthodontist side the ladies are very good, the only complaint I have is the lady at the front desk always very rude she had hang up the phone to me 2-3 times while I’m trying to make appointments, she scheduled a appointment and when I got there my son was told he had no appointment. I had to leave because I have work and take my kid back to school we live 1 hour away from this office, as I was leaving the same lady said have a nice day in such a sarcastic way I had to come back and say something to someone else because I have patience but this lady really been testing it, on the phone and in person, when she help you never look at your eyes always looking around or phone or computer no a good customer service. Unfortunately I have to keep coming since we already pay so much money for my son treatment."

"Dr. Kakar did an awesome job fixing my son’s teeth. He has some major genetic defects with his teeth and he went in and fixed them. I’m sure he’ll need more work in the future as his issues are significant. I was going to try and take my son to VCU but they take a long time to get to their appointments so after and emergency visit with my oldest daughter…. He did great with that too. I totally recommend Dr. Kakar and his staff they were very helpful and patient."

"Dr. Kakar has done two procedures for my son (7 y). The first procedure was an emergency tooth extraction. The front desk was fantastic and got us in immediately. My son required sedation, which was expensive but was well worth it. The second procedure I asked to go with the more affordable route, laughing gas, and by suprise my son did very well because Dr. Kakar was very patient with my son and made him feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kakar and everyone in his practice. Also they have an Orthodontist and I also recommend them as well."
