"Waking up on a Saturday with a minor dental emergency is not how you want your weekend to go. I called in the morning seeing if they could possibly fit me in on a Saturday being a new patient. This office staff is absolutely amazing! Rebecca up front is wonderful she went above and beyond and got me into the office to be seen just 45 minutes after my initial call. There is not a negative thing I could say about my visit, I was brought back quickly and the whole process was so smooth."
"From the welcoming wt the front desk to the dental assistances and Doctor. Everything was a breeze . Everyone was so friendly. It was my 3 year old daughters first appointment. "I don’t rate businesses and services. As a general rule, I believe it’s for each person to decide for themselves. Everyone is different, and their tastes are too. In this case, I feel the need to say that my experience at Neibauer dental care was the best dental experience I’ve ever had since I was little and I’m 49 now. The staff are kind and engaging, the country music in the background is toetapping, the dental assistants and hygienists are professional, gentle, kind and informative. The dentists are thorough, careful very informative, very skilled, and not pushy with their products and services. I don’t know their situation for children, but for adults and young adults and seniors this is the place you want to go. I hope now you can see why I made this one exception and actually rated a business. Thank you Neibauer dental associates I would recommend you to everyone I know."
