The UPS Store

"Everytime I go to this store they want to charge you for every little thing they do for taping a box tried to charge 2.00 then 10.00 for a box. You can get a whole roll of tape for less than 2.00 and the box probably less than five. I think the employees in this place is charging these ridiculous fees and pocketing the money themselves. So I advise you to stay clear of this store and go the extra miles to the one in Princeton. I read your response. It wasn't a unexpected cost. I just think it's robbing people for a box to be taped when you can get a whole roll of the same tape you use for 3.00. And still have plenty of tape left over. I can understand charging for a box but tape is going a little overboard. If I was going to pay 2.00 for a box to be taped it would have been 4.00 for two box I would have as long as I was able to keep the tape cause like I said you can get a whole roll for the price you are charging per box to be taped. I hope people reads my review and takes note that this is robbing you of your hard earned money."

"If I could have put no stars on this I would have. The people in this store are the rudest, most hateful people I’ve ever met and I have worked in retail for 30+ years. I will never use this place again, and I will warn everyone I see not to go there. If you hate your job that much, continue talking to customers and especially new customers that way and maybe you will get lucky and get fired for the way you act. There was no sense in this behavior at all. I will NEVER use UPS again because of you"

"to who it may concern i came in your store today to ship something back to spectrem the young lady was very direspectful to i explained the reason her responce was that thye box was dusty i told her it came from an elderly couples home her her responce was that was no excuse i told her i was sorry she had a bad attitude if she is mad at her job she should been sent home and not help costumers . 2 they was another employee seen a white male came in for help the lady turned and walked away instead of helping and i didnt think this place is races one star is to much for this location realy deserve a 0 star for poor service i will never go back again thank you"

"The lady that owns the place is a complete P.O.S. hag and UPS should pull her franchise license. I've never had someone scream at me because I tried to pick up a package before. The driver left a note to go to the store, so I did. When I arrived and showed her the paper without even saying a word to her, she starts screaming and yelling at me about how they don't have the package and asking me why I am in her store. I pointed out the slip said to come to the store, and she says it isn't her problem and gave me the number for the local distribution center. Then she kicks me out and threatened to call the cops and have me trespassed. I never even raised my voice or called her any names. She is possibly the worst person I have met in the last decade. The distribution center is going to redeliver to my house because I refuse to ever go back into that witches store ever again."

"Worse than bad. Tried to drop off a package for my wife 5-24-22. She had printed the code and the return instructions said not to close the box. I assume so the store could place some info in the box. The girl was rude and said she could not scan a printed code, needed to be on my phone. I didn't have it on my phone. Also wanted to charge me to tape the end of the box up. I wasn't able to return it. Very unhelpful and rude. Unbelievable"
