"I went to McDonald's ordered 2 of the number ones which is the big Mac deal I got home they didn't give me the big Mac in one of the meals I was so mad they knew better than that it costs gas to go all the way back over there they love to cheat me every time I go there which is not often because I can't afford them they so high in there prices"
"Placed a $57 order $13 food was left out of my order. I've called 42 times in 2 days and not one time was it answered. As a former employee of osha under food service and management I place definitely needs new management. Very poor service"
"Before I forget almost a week ago or so I came in , brought food my wait time was 8-10 min , some employees who looked as if they worked up front were just standing around , but the deal breaker for me was the manager that threatened a staff member not sure what caused the threat to be made . I felt bad for the employee if that was my daughter I’d be cursing the harambe manager out instantly . You don’t talk/treat employees how you want and expect them to do as you ask. Is this how McDonald’s in this area treat their employees?"
"If your open to a certain time STAY OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME. If you close the drive through with people in line at least tell them instead of ghosting! After a 5 minute chat with the truck in front! Some people work overnights"
"I swear this place gets worse every passing second... All I wanted was an French vanilla iced coffee, with extra cream and extra syrup... When my order arrived and I opened it my "iced coffee" wasn't even stirred.. it looked repulsive..... So I gave it a shake.. just in case, now it just looks more disgusting. This is absolutely pathetic and disgusting.. do better, it's not hard to make."
