"He overcharges for flooring material. Always get a second or third estimate from different contractors. He did my living room floor and charged me $4.19 per sqf for LVP floor. I had a different contractor for my kitchen and the foyer and for the exact same LVP flooring from MSI he charged me $2.39 per sqf. I sent him a text and told him about me being overcharged but he never replied to my text. That was a confirmation for me that I have been ripped off. Also quality of work wasn’t impressive because there were a few imperfections. Lesson learned!"
