"As a new resident I am very pleased! Location is great, I love being outside of the city noise but just a walk from high end restaurants and shops. Every resident I've ran in to is super nice and the staff and been very helpful in this transitional period!!"

"If I had written this review a year ago, it would have been a 1-star review. Since the new manager Michelle has come aboard my experience here has drastically improved, so much so that I decided to renew my lease. She has changed the office to a place that is approachable. I can feel and see the change in the apartment building already. Michelle goes out of her way to make residents feel heard and is the most proactive apartment manager I've ever worked with. She is professional and genuinely cares about improving things around here. Be sure to keep Michelle (and Mo, Anh, Hunter) on staff -- They are a valuable asset! I would like to also recognize and give kudos to maintenance, especially Jose, and the cleaning crew who have the big job to keep this place clean. I'm editing my review to condense and add a couple of details about the building. For those looking, there is ample parking and it is very quiet -- I never hear my neighbors, which is a big plus."

"I have lived here for about a month, and it has been exceptional. My apartment is excellent, and the staff is helpful, especially with packages, and always welcoming. The resident events have been fun, with many residents showing up. The only thing I find annoying is going down to the lobby to greet guests or grab deliveries. I do love the security of the building. I wish there were better procedures/systems for guests and deliveries."

"After our groceries were accidentally deliver to this building, we went over to retrieve them. The gentleman at the desk, Robert, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful even letting us borrow a cart to get our groceries home. While we were there we had the pleasure of meeting Serena who took the time to show us the property and a unit. The building was clean and quiet with a lovely unexpected garden area with beautiful gas grills. We definitely could see ourselves enjoying that area. The unit itself was well equipped and nicely maintained. Our current location is having some issues and we certainly would consider a move to this property."

"My family and I loved living at the Meridian. The Staff and Conceirge was always helpful and friendly! Any issue with the apartment, maintenance came within 24 to 48 hours to solve our issues. The neighborhood and complex felt very safe. Cvs, restaurants, Whole Foods and the movie theater is within walking distance. We rarely heard our neighbors besides footsteps. The sound proof windows really helped with being so close to the metro. The elementary school is one of the best as well! I loved taking my kids to the swimming pool, Pump it Up, for a walk or hanging out in the plaza area. We had such a great experience living here. If we ever move back in the area again, The Meridian will always be my first choice!"
