"My overall experience for a passport renewal/update to the new digital passport went well. There were always follow-ups either when I left a voice mail or would send an email inquiry. My only suggestion is that before an appointment, consider sending an email reminder to include all that would be required for the appointment(checklist). I transposed some numbers and had to leave my appointment to purchase a money order to cover the correct amount needed. I also took passport photos prior to my appointment and did not realize they were already included in my cost because that was never discussed."
"Best ever experience in a Trinidad public office. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. They clearly stated what was needed and once that was provided everything was smoothe."
"Most people do not return to give positive reviews. I went to the DC office to get some information as I didn't live far from DC, the place was locked but a lady came out and answered my questions, even though I couldn't apply in person as this was my third MRP. As they said, if nothing has changed, all I had to submit were my expired passport book, coloured copy of my ID, (i sent a copy of my greencard) front and back, the form they give me, my photos and the money orders, one for the passport and one to pay for my postage fee. Also they lady there give me a form to fill out and sign to allow them to ship my passport to me. People, from the day I sent my documents at the post office in Virginia to the time I collected my passport in had was 4 weeks! I am very pleased. Just have the right documents, take your time and fill out your form correctly and it should not be a problem. Thank you for your excellent service!"
"Just had an exceptional experience getting a visa to Trinidad. The staff were helpful when I called in with questions, sometimes even returning my call when I didn't get onto someone the first time around. And the turnaround was very quick from sending in documents to getting the visa. Thank you for the great service!"
