McDonald's

"Store was rude, understaffed and disorganized for a franchise this busy and well located. A restaurant with this location should be a flagship store for the brand. Some managers/staff are pretty nice and helpful, even bringing your tray/food to the table if you eat in, but they were not working tonight. Lady who seemed in charge was barking order numbers to customers loudly and rudely. Got cut off mid-sentence by another lady when she asked what else for my decaf coffee, which I had to ask for (15 minutes after I ordered it) and after telling me it would be ready in 5 minutes. This store has a consistency problem when it comes to management/staff. Also, kiosks typically do not print a receipt, so if you blink you miss the quick order number the screen pops up at the end (which would be helpful to have if you need to convince an employee that you paid for something 15 minutes ago and you're still waiting for it, FYI). I sure hope this isn't a corporate store! P.S. - To post this reviewI had to delete the body of the last, unrelated review I posted and replace it with this new review. Now this review successfully posted but now I can't find the earler review. Is Google hiding and/or deleting our previous review(s) when we post a new one?!?"

"Unfortunately, my encounter with one particular staff member was marked by aggressive behavior. I also experienced long wait times, which negatively impacted my overall dining experience. That man was a little older and shorter"

"I recently visited this McDonald's location and had the pleasure of trying their double cheeseburger and 6-piece chicken nuggets combo. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and overall experience. The double cheeseburger was a classic delight. The patties were juicy and flavorful, and the melted cheese added the perfect amount of gooey goodness. The buns were fresh and held everything together nicely. It was a satisfyingly filling burger that hit the spot. The 6-piece chicken nuggets were equally enjoyable. Each bite was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just as I had hoped for. The accompanying dipping sauces provided a variety of flavors to enhance the nuggets' taste, and the portion size was generous. What impressed me the most about this McDonald's was the value for the price. The combo meal offered a great deal with a decent portion of food. The quality of the ingredients exceeded my expectations, considering the affordable price point. The staff at this location was friendly and provided quick service, ensuring that my order was accurate and served promptly. The dining area was decent and well-maintained, for a McDonald's within the DMV. While this particular McDonald's didn't offer any unique or innovative menu items, it excelled at providing classic favorites with consistent quality and affordability. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal that won't break the bank, I highly recommend giving this McDonald's a try. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this McDonald's. The double cheeseburger and 6-piece chicken nuggets were both delicious, the value for the price was excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. It's a reliable spot for satisfying fast food cravings."

"Mannnn! So I always get a steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald’s so I KNOW what they should look and taste like. Now if you have every eaten one you know how greasy and drippy it can be. Which I love! I took a pic of the paper just to show how dehydrated my sandwich was. The only thing that saved it was the egg. The bagel was hard, the steak was like jerky and this was at 9AM so why is NOTHING FRESH?! This probably was made for someone else because the entire sandwich just looked like it had been sitting. The cheese on my bagel will show you that! I had someone else go inside for me so I can’t rate customer service but even the biscuit that my friend ordered was hard as a rock.
