"I called to get information for a procedure and the unprofessional representative came to the phone and says we don’t accept Medicaid. The discrimination is real here. And it is borderline racism. This is not a trustworthy place where you would want to get something important done for your body. The lady instantly had an attitude and they would not answer any of my questions as if they were hiding something. If customer service is important to you. This is the last place you would want to consider."

Dr Schipper properly diagnosed me, even taking time to point out my tendon issues on the MRI, and gave me different options on how to proceed. He eventually performed surgery on my ankle, which went really well, and even took the time to call that night to check on me. His staff is excellent and friendly. So far I’ve had a great experience with Dr Schipper and his team at the Anderson clinic!"
