"I saw Dr. Allison for 3 months (12 sessions) after I majorly herniated a disc in my lower back in 2023. Before I found Dr. Allison & Formation PT, I spent 6 months suffering terribly, and got 2 unsuccessful pain med injections into my spine. The constant pain was becoming unbearable.
