- Dr. John: With over 20 years of experience and a background in physical therapy, Dr. John is dedicated to serving the Richmond community.
- Dr. Ben Zaccagnino: A Fredericksburg native who pursued chiropractic after witnessing its benefits firsthand, Dr. Ben received his Doctorate from Life University in 2020.
- Dr. Christine Salvia, D.C.: A competitive equestrian who turned to chiropractic care after a serious injury, Dr. Christine graduated from Life University Chiropractic in 2019.
- Dr. Katheryn Barriera-López: Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Katheryn moved to Richmond with her family and is passionate about making health a priority.

This location is hands down the best experience I have had, from the friendly front staff to the knowledge/work of the Chiropractors, to the efficiency of getting in and out; it's an all-around great experience. "The establishment was pleasant when it first opened, but then they began hiring staff who lacked customer service skills and were rude. I decided to cancel my visits. After four years, I decided to return and everything was going well until I fell ill. I paid for four visits and was informed that they would be put on hold until I recovered, but then I paid for two months in advance and encountered a rude front desk person when I wanted a refund. Even when I was canceling, I was told there would be no charge, but they charged my card without authorization. When I confronted the front desk about this, she became even more rude and insulted me. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The store manager or doctor defended the front desk instead of addressing the situation. If you want to be respected, you should learn how to respect others first."
"I love the team at the Joint! They have several chiropractors at each location ,and the variety is awesome. Dr. John at the willow lawn location is my favorite!They have great hours as they are open every day of the week and are open until 7pm during the week and until 4pm on weekends.Val at the front desk always greets you by name and makes you feel welcome.They have great maintenance plans and affordable rates.I guarantee you will be feeling better after a visit to The Joint!"
