"This place cannot cut flat tops. Regardless of what they tell you. Two different barbers one female and one male both said it was their specialty. Both screwed it up. One side is like an inch longer than the other and he just wet it and combed it down trying to make it look even. On top of that I have a bit of a widow's peak and the guy cut it off and edged my forehead without even asking. Now I have to either keep shaving it or wait a few months for it to grow back in. I will not go back there again. This used to be my go to place but not anymore!"
"1. Needs to improve professionalism: it was a short-cut haircut. It took slightly longer than 5 minutes. Arrived long before the closing time. In the mirror, the head looks unbalanced. The right side of hair is longer than the left side. 2. Needs to improve sensitivity and attitude: some customers are sensitive to certain questions. When you ask "are you from ... (nationality)", you prejudge a customer. The customers wonder if your performance is based on customer's nationality? People want a haircut, not skin cut. At certain points during haircut, the back of the neck was so hurting that I almost yelled out."
