"The wait time was less than was quoted. Receptionist was professional and kind….willing to call you when your turn came up. Clinicians were caring and informed. I left with a good treatment plan and my needs met."

"The front office staff and the nurse who attended us were very professional and helpful. I’m giving two stars for them. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen by Dr.Al Khorrami. He spent 2 minutes talking to me maybe ? He prescribed some meds and left. After I started taking the meds my symptoms worsened. When I called them them I was asked to leave a voicemail but they never returned my call. What is the point of this practice?"

"The kind woman at the front desk could see that I was in visible excruciating pain and made it so that I didn’t have to say a word to check in. She told me to hand her my photo ID and insurance and did the rest for me. She was very comforting when I was in so much pain. The wait was a little on the longer side but it was worth it. They tested me quickly for everything that I needed to be tested for, prescribed the proper medication and I was good as new within a few hours"

"The worst front-desk, scheduling, and staff. Today was the second time we visited after it took 4 hours the week before. So, I scheduled/saved-spot and went then expecting to be seen around the scheduled time. However, the scheduler said there were x number of people ahead and we'd have to wait. Upon being asked what the use of saving a spot was, she just brushed me aside and started talking with other people. We waited for 1 hour when I asked what was going on and why we were not being called in spite of saving a spot for a certain time. Our spot in the line seems to be getting extended every time the x number of people were seen. With a kid that was sick and coughing a lot and needed to be seen soon, I was frustrated to see others not any more sick than my kid is, being called in and my repeated request being ignored. We had to wait another one and half hour before being called for being seen. When asked for throat culture and a PCR test, the provider (physician assistant, I think. No one has name tags and no one introduces themselves by their names!!) said they ran out or swabs and so are not able to. Am amazed how this could happen in an Urgent Care Center. Could it be that they not want to do that for us because I questioned why it was taking a long time to see us? I've been to this center many, many times and the front-desk, scheduler, and the staff today (12/10) are the worst, clueless, and rude people there yet. Update: And, guess what. My kid tested positive for Flu a few hours after testing negative at this center twice, the latest being just yesterday afternoon!!"

"Was wondering why the bad reviews. There’s a set of nurses and doctors that are great. I had my son there yesterday- they were phenomenal. Today, my 6 year had a 102f fever, the nurse that checked us in had attitude, impatience, was downright rude in answering any questions. Was quite shocking the lack of empathy from a nurse in her profession. I walked out of there, and went next door to another clinic. Extremely disappointed and I will never recommend any family member to visit this practice - if this is how they are around kids, adults will be far worst."
