"I’ve had physical therapy (PT) off and on for 25 years after a knee injury and after being a gymnast for years. My most troublesome parts are my left hip and left shoulder, which almost constantly bother me and limit my activities. I’ve never received a consistent diagnosis - arthritis and joint deterioration being the usual suspects, but I’ve undergone X-rays, medication, dry needling, foam rolling, hands on manipulation, and more clams/weights/planks than I care to remember. The hip pain always came back limiting even my ability to walk, until I went to Back in Motion after my insurance carrier changed.
