"One of the managers there shared with me she has been with them for more than 8 years, she possibly may have said 20. She's so amazing and when she makes my coffee, no matter the flavor, it always tastes amazing! Definitely a true art form to make a good coffee and she does her best to ensure everyone receives what they're in the taste for. I like that the staff are very pleasant and it's a diverse location. They appear to be in good spirits when I come and the environment is friendly and a staple in the community."

"So, I usually just get orders for pickup here, and they’ve always been quick and correct, never an issue there. But, shoutout to whoever was working there today. There was a handwritten note saying ‘everything whale be okay’ and a drawing of a smiling whale. I’m sure that this was probably one of many small messages that you write on cups, but it really makes a huge positive difference, especially on mornings where you get a call a few hours earlier that you have a close relative in the hospital. So, thank you for turning a rough morning into a positive one. Small hospitality like that goes a long way. To the entire morning crew on 1/29/23, you guys deserve nothing but good vibes."
