"Honestly so unhelpful. Everyone sounds like they are reading from a script. So impersonal and honestly judgemental. If I could give 0 stars I would. $135 cancellation fee is also ridiculous, especially for the terrible service and incredibly insensitive and rude care."
"Would give 0 stars if it was option. Run away. Customer service is a joke and their $135 cancellation fee if not canceled within 48 hours is highway robbery. Life happens and they don’t understand that. My daughter trusted them to help her through her anxiety and depression and they canceled several appointments and kept changing the times they could see her even though they boasted care around the clock. She is 30 minutes late to an appointment and they charge $135 not even caring about the reason. They also no showed her last appointment themselves and do nothing in regards to inconveniencing us. Thank you for failing my daughter when we trusted you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
"I am very angry . I just had 190 pulled from my account. I had ins and made sure the therapist was in that work before I made an appointment with a therapist. I would like a call to discuss this because it made me go in the negative in my bank and that’s all the money I had. I would greatly appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter. I have no email I have no transaction. No receipt to verify this. Very disgusted and angry."
"Called them to schedule an appointment. Initially they were great. They sent my insurance info to the budget dept to see if it was eligible and I never heard back from them. I called to see what was happening and no one knew anything. Told me that it would be $200 to see someone without my insurance being approved. The day before my appointment (a week later) I still hadn't heard from them on my insurance so I had to cancel. Not only did I not have the Money to pay out of pocket but I refuse to pay $200 for just an hour of someone's time that may not even be helpful. The ppl handling calls and appointments may seem to care but the budget dept definitely doesn't. It's sad that the people who really need the help are priced out of getting it. Good mental health is for the rich, apparently."
