"This place is below average at best. They schedule your appointments months in advance, they don’t give you an option. No flexibility for changing appointments. The only thing they did was weigh and measure our baby, usually done by a technician. Many times measured our baby to be shorter than the previous month. We had to tell the resident or doctor that it wasn’t done correctly, they had to remeasure and sure enough she wasn’t shorter. Can’t even do basic stuff correctly. The nurses giving the vaccinations were very kind. But our overall experience for $700 per visit (if you don’t have insurance) was absolutely sub par. The customer support at the front is rude and doesn’t care to help work with your schedule or to adjust appointments. They didn’t do anything bad, they were just hard to work with. They also do not reply to the portal in a timely manner, if you have a question about your baby’s health, a head bump, or anything a first time parent might want to ask don’t expect to get an answer for weeks. By then you’ve usually made a decision to go to an pediatric urgent care or something else."

"I absolutely LOVE Dr.Palmer and every other medical personnel my child has seen there over the last 4 years. BUT the office personnel there is HORRIBLE! specifically the referrals lady named ASHLEY. Over the past few months she is the only person that calls back regarding referrals and she has no idea what she is doing or how to talk to customers. The first experience I had with her I was calling regarding a speech referral dr.Palmer put in when I called in to check the status since speech hadn’t received it yet she advised me that I am supposed to call around and find a speech provider that can take my child and then I call them and tell them who do they can send it in. WHATTT?! that made no sense and conflicted entirely with what the doctor told me so I asked to speak with someone else cause that was ridiculous she then said “well we can put in the referral for u but it’s just easier if u find them yourself so you can make sure they are what your looking for as far as scheduling and openings -_- The second encounter I had with ASHLEY was today when I had to call back in regarding said referral from a month ago only being for therapy and not for actual testing of autism which the doctor said he needed for an official diagnosis. Ashley tells me neurology has to send a referral for the testing which again made no sense why his pediatrician of 4 years can’t send the referral like she advised she would at his appointment. She then responds “well I can ask dr.Palmer if she can put the referral in but it really should come from a neurologist “ THIS GIRL IS LAZY AND CLEARLY JUST WANTS PATIENTS TO DO ALL THE WORK! GET HER OFF THIS CUSTOMER FACING POSITION UNTIL SHE WANTS TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO HELP INSTEAD OF TRANSFERRING ALL CALLS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS WHEN SHE LITERALLY CAN DO WHAT IS NEEDED!!"

"The one star is for the facilities. It is very nice. But the wait times are out of the us world. They tell you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment but you won’t be seen until at least an hour after the time you were scheduled to be seen. Expect to spend your entire day here and then get rushed through your appointment."

"The wait times with an scheduled appointment is ridiculous. I've waited 2 hours for an scheduled appointment. Then have to wait an additional 30 minutes once in the back to see the doctor. Now an additional hour for shots and no one is even in the waiting area. This is ridiculous."

"I have been with Dr. Sriramin for over 15 years she is the best in my opinion always listens and addresses my concerns she has had my oldest since she was 4 she is now 22 and aged out, my middle since she was 2 now almost 20 now aged out. have recommended my friends and family now my now 3yr old has been seen by her since birth and she still asks how her girls are doing and recommends avenues if needed for them. She is amazing."
