"I was a patient here a year ago and had not hear a peep from them until the first week of the new year when they sent me a letter to tell me I owed them money. I had left the practice due to feeling that my concerns about my mental health weren't being heard and that I was being put on a medication as a way to shut me up and be done with it. I had been prescribed an intermediate level medication as well as a a moderate medication for mood stabilization and adhd, after fighting to even have medication for my ADHD. When I approached the issue with my psychiatrist about the medication not working as we intended I was immediately thrown into a HEAVY black label medication and was supposed to increase the dosage at an insane rate basically turning myself into a drugged out zombie. After being ignored when I voiced this concern , repeatedly, I decided to leave for my own safety and to go to a facility that would actually prescribe me medication to help my issues instead of just prescribing something to shut me up and get me out if the rotation."

"I hate to add another negative review to these guys but I filled out and handed a request for my records to be mailed to me and they told me it would be by the end of the following week. It’s been over a month. Like seriously. I shouldn’t have to come in and fill out another form. No. You get a negative review. The front staff isn’t the greatest either. They look at like what are you doing here? How about come to the window and ask “may I help you”? Seriously. Give me one week in that place and your reviews would be over 4. Figure it out or get out of the business. Also, I need my medical records so I will drive the 30 minutes again to hand the front desk a signed request for my records. Completely unacceptable."

"Bro… it’s like you call to see if they have any new appointments and the receptionist doesn’t even give you a chance to speak when you pick up the phone.. as soon as soon as I start speaking she cuts me off acts like she can’t hear me then hangs up the phone… but when I call the second time and get loud then she wanna say something… and then she just rude made me not even want to schedule anything here"

"*****EDIT***** Since writing this review, it's been THREE DAYS and they said my meds were sent into the wrong pharmacy. Then after being sent in circles, they JUST left me a VOICEMAIL ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON when I cannot get ANY OTHER HELP that they will not be giving me my medication as previously prescribed, and will no longer be accepting me as a patient. HOW DARE YOU treat people this way, especially a homeless dingle mother who is doing all she can to stay afloat and rebuild a life for her kids. SHAME ON YOU. YOU WILL BE REPORTED. (OP below) I love this practice. Christy is amazing and Tiffany Smith is the best and most supportive and KIND doctor I have ever seen! In a world where mental heath is so often neglected, it's refreshing to be a patient in a place where you are seen! Bravo!"
