"This is a warning to make sure you do your research before choosing a dental service. The experience I had with the dental office was great but upon doing research I found out the office wasn’t licensed and after the appointment everyone was acting very disconnected and their was limited communication. Please be careful and aware of unlicensed offices."

"I had been there many times for years, but I was supposed to go back two years ago. Last year, in 2020, was the wrong time, and this year, in 2021, the good time to go there. I'm so happy that I need it for the dental exam, X-rays, and cleaning. The front desk is friendly, the restroom is cleaned, the waiting room is good, and a dental assistant is supportive and helpful. A dental doctor is friendly and courageous to do right the best for teeth as well. I can see that most of them are new employees to me than before, how's interesting. I'm very comfortable with them so far. I will be coming back there AGAIN. It was nice to be back."

"Run away very fast — this place is the worst. Over the last two months, they canceled my appointments three times at the last minute. And two of those times they didn’t even notify me first so I made the long commute downtown just to show up and find out they can’t see me. One time it was an issue with plumbing, another time their system was down, and most recently they were experiencing flooding. The only explanation I can come up with is that the support staff knows that the dentists are truly horrible and are faking all the emergencies just to steer customers away for their own safety. But whatever the reason, you will want to avoid this dentist office like your life depends on it."

"I loved my hygienist here (DC location) but had to find a new dental practice. The reception staff aren't responsive. I needed to reschedule an appointment and called 4-5 times in a month. I also used their text service attempting to reschedule. To date, I've heard nothing. I had a similar issue in '21. Lesson learned. Previously, I referred a few folks to the DC location. Their calls were never returned."

"It began when I made the initial phone call. The receptionist was friendly, polite and professional. I called again to see if I could get an appointment sooner because of my mom's issue. This time, I spoke with another receptionist that was also friendly, polite and professional. The day of my mom's appointment, we walked in and was greeting with a smile and, that same politeness and professionalism I received from my telephone conversations. The staff here is wonderful! The reception area is large and inviting. The dental rooms are spacious and clean. I can tell that the employees enjoy working here. My first time experience was EXCEPTIONAL!"
