"I like that they explain everything to me they take time to communicate with me and answer to my questions. My dental hygienist is one of the best. I have had bad experiences with previous dentists. I am satisfied with the care I get from this office. They are all very friendly from the front office to the hygienist and my dentist Dr. Maur she thoroughly respond to my questions and concerns. The secretaries are highly efficient, can answer all of your questions, and I've never had to wait on hold to schedule an appointment - a dream! The hygienists and assistants are very kind, attentive, and talk you through the entire cleaning and night guard fitting process and I have been incredibly impressed by all of the doctors that have cared for me. All of the doctors spent significant time with me reviewing my x-rays and answering all of my questions...a luxury this day and age when doctors are often so overworked and have to rush through appointments. "Everyone in the clinic has a very positive cheerful attitude. The whole clinic is very clean and very new. I feel very welcome. The doctor was passionate and so was everyone else. He found that I need fillings due to long time wear and tear and I wonder why my previous dentist did not mention it at all.
