My physical therapist – Gauri Ghan – was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She conducted a thorough evaluation prior to beginning my therapy. She really took the time to understand my needs and I felt she really listened to my concerns. She listened patiently while we checked in at the beginning of each session and then came up with what we would do that day based on where my body was at. She explained everything so I was able to understand the problem, the cause of the problem, and why she was prescribing those particular exercises – and was always available to answer my questions and provide support. With Gauri’s help, I was able to regain my strength and mobility and get back to my normal routine. She was patient, understanding, and encouraging, and I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. Every time I finished a session, I felt hopeful and motivated. "I had never worked with a physical therapist before, but I was having severe lower back pain and my doctors weren't finding any underlying issues so I finally decided to try PT and I am SO GLAD Jackson Clinic happened to be super close to where I live. All the people who work there are just so lovely. The receptionist is always cheerful and upbeat, but also has all the scheduling and administration stuff absolutely on lock and takes care of all issues with exemplary professionalism. The physio I work with is Ryan, and he's just so wonderful. Since this was my first time working with a physical therapist I didn't really know what to expect going in. Sometimes medical professionals can be... dismissive or condescending. Ryan is absolutely NEVER dismissive or condescending. No matter what I say to him about my pain or the progress we're making, he listens attentively, takes me seriously, and answers any questions I have thoroughly. He's incredibly knowledgable, but also just a really nice, sweet guy. Jackson structures appointments so that you're with your main physio for part of the session and then they hand you off to a trainer for most of the workout. Ted is the trainer I work with and he's also wonderful. He demonstrates the exercises he wants you to do, with very specific instructions about what muscles you should be focusing on and what you should be feeling while doing the exercises, and he routinely checks in about how his patients are feeling to make sure no one accidentally overdoes things and hurts themselves. And I don't even work with Gauri, the other therapist who works there, but she's also just lovely. Everyone there is just so positive and cheerful, but in a very genuine, chill way that doesn't seem at all forced. Absolutely recommend 100% 10/10 A+"

"March 30th I had my ACL reconstructed with partial meniscus removal. I had three months of physical therapy at another office and was not making good progress. When I started at Jackson physical therapy, I saw immediate difference. They spend time understanding my current situation and what my goals were. We worked hard together as a team. Physical Therapy is not easy, but living with a disability for the rest of your life is more difficult. I am happy to say that today I am 99% recovered. My knee is in better shape than it was before the surgery this has to do with the process in place at Jackson physical therapy.
