"Attitude: bad; sale-oriented; unprofessional/ irresponsible. Story is: I asked time off from work and went this dental office to do a teeth cleansing, try to get it done quickly so can get back to work. The assistant took x-ray first, after 15mins laying there waiting, finally doctor came, holding my x-ray and start her pushy sale speech: one of my teeth condition isn’t good, I need to do a surgery on that. I heard her explaining about the surgery for about 15 mins which is unrelated to my purpose of visiting, all about the importance of the surgery. Which is good, thanks for caring. Although I’m aware of my one tooth’s condition but this is not the purpose I visit this time. Finally I look at my watch, then had to stop the sale and back to the point, I said: thank you doctor, but I’m here today to do the cleansing, I asked time off and my time is limited. I’ll think about the surgery later on. And then she changed her attitude immediately from her face obviously, showed me how impatient she became, and started to act like shes doing the cleaning, thing is, I can feel it, she didn’t even clean my deeper teeth, just did a few front teeth a little bit for maybe 10mins, didn’t even touch the back teeth! it all happened quickly then she left, never came back. I asked the assistant I said I don’t feel my back teeth got touched & cleaned, I can still feel the teeth calculus, she of course would answer yes, they all got cleaned, but the truth is I didn’t even feel my back teeth have been touched! I’m sensitive with the pain and if it happened I would feel it. All in all, I just want to say, because I refused the sale, she didn’t even finish her work that I purchased for(no insurance)... Doctor please get your work done!!! Try to fool customer around won’t help with your reputation. bad experience. I’ll Never go back again, post here so you have some idea how bad this doctor does her job. All of my words are true."

"I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience here! Dr. Xia is excellent - she talks me through her recommendations and makes the time to ensure we are able to discuss any concerns or questions together. The front desk is very responsive, I was able to get in contact with them very quickly for an appointment. They also have a thorough COVID protocol so I felt completely safe and well-tended to while I was there. I couldn’t recommend them more for my experience!"

"HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!... Do not even tried to set an appointment here.. Whoever the recptionist is, rudely cut me off as I ask to speak to a doctor and he literally said "Doctor Xia would never speak to you over the phone" HOW Unprofessional!! Is this the kind of "first impression" shown here? Specially to potential new customers?... This guy should be fired and I hope the Doctor realize the kind of employee he has soon.. I wish I could give them ZERO stars."
