"My husband and I have been living in Park and Ford for two months now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Throughout the entire process, from touring the property to moving in, we have received exceptional customer service and professionalism. Lesley was especially helpful in finding the perfect unit to fit our needs and remained engaged with us during the move-in process. The concierge and maintenance staff have also been accommodating and friendly. Park and Ford is the perfect location for us as it provides a short commute to DC without the noise and congestion of city life. The community is peaceful, and we enjoy relaxing on our balcony. The units are larger than average apartment units in DC, with higher ceilings and oversized windows. The amenities are well-kept and enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to add Amazon hub lockers in the package room. Overall, I highly recommend Park and Ford to anyone in search of their next apartment home."

"Living at Park and Ford has been a wonderful experience! We have been living here since the building began leasing and have seen the building and community grow. The apartments and amenities are beautiful and fun resident events are held weekly. The concierge team, maintenance team, and leasing team are friendly, kind, and extremely helpful with all requests and questions. Thank you for all you do for your residents! We love calling Park and Ford our home!"

"I love all the natural light in my apartment. The community is so well kept and clean. I enjoy all the amenities and common spaces available to the residents. The dog wash room is definitely a plus! Fran is always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the community. She made us feel so welcome on our first visit and really sold the community to us. She did not disappoint. I’m surprised she’s not a leasing agent. All the staff is awesome and make you feel at home. I’d highly recommend living at Park+Ford!"

"We have been meaning to leave a review for a while! We moved to P&F earlier in the year, all the way from NYC and instantly this place felt like home. We saw 13 other places but P&F was easily our favorite especially being a Bozzuto property (well-rated management company in DMV area). The location is very good - right off the I-395 and a quick 15 minute drive to DC and even National Harbor in MD or you can take the free DASH bus to King St or Pentagon metro. You don’t have to venture far for groceries or shopping. Our favorite parts are the community feeling and the amenities it offers. The building makes an effort to host at least 3-4 events per month - from BBQs to free yoga. The amenity spaces inside and out are top notch and definitely a luxury apartment. We love teleworking out of the various spaces downstairs and using the outdoor spaces to host friends and family. Lesley and her wonderful team of ladies at concierge are so helpful and genuine. We would highly recommend Park & Ford for those who want a community vibe and are moving from out of state - the building has so many things to just keep you preoccupied."

"I’ve been living at Park + Ford for about a month now and I couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the amenity spaces are unmatched. From keyless entry to your apartment to a thermostat that you can control from your phone it’s truly luxury living beyond what other apartments in the area are offering. The property also offers concierge services and there’s security at the front desk at night. They even have a fridge in the delivery room so your food deliveries stay fresh until you get home. To top it off the FREE Dash bus has a stop right outside of the building and the next stop is pentagon metro. Truly a lifesaver as we begin to return to work. Love it here! Updating my review: I love my building! The property management team hosts top tier events and now that the building is getting more full it’s really fostering a spirit of community and I appreciate that in a place that I live. When you rent at Park + Ford you get more than a place to live, you get a place to entertain and enjoy. 10/10"
