"Very Rude to employees...I came into this office feeling welcomed by the staff as a new patient up until the Dr would not introduce him self to me until I paid $400 for a X-ray of all my teeth he continuously sent his staff in to explain to me why this matter was so important but something so of such importance would be explained from his medical stand point which is why I booked this appointment it was not until after this X-ray that I was greeted by the Dr. At this moment I understood why he was in the background the way he spoke to his staff was very hurtful to hear as a new pt at one point he snatched something from the young lady’s hand. First impression is everything and although the office and staff are very welcoming the way the dr deals with his new patients and staff is not so welcoming. he treats them as if they are modern day slaves... I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I PRAY THOSE YOUNG LADIES GET OUT OF THERE GO WHERE YOU ARE RESPECTED"

"The day before my surgery (at 5:00pm) I get a call from Ginny telling me that they can’t use a medication that was offered due to the current meds I was taking. A review of all my meds and medical history was done 3 weeks prior. So, why wasn’t this addressed sooner??? Ginny also advised that I needed to call the doctor’s office that prescribed the medication to get permission to stop it for the surgery. Again, why wasn’t this done sooner??? Then to add more stress to the situation, I am told to bring in a copay difference of $100.00 more than I was initially quoted 3 weeks prior during my pre-opt exam and cleaning. All the repeated last minute changes for the 4th time was enough! So I was fed up with the unprofessional last minute changes and all the lies Ginny told me about my bill and her billing my insurance. I told her that I can track all bills on my insurance company’s website under my account. All she did was continued to lie and make excuses. So I decided to leave this practice after 4 yrs. I’d had enough of her lies, deception, and lack of professionalism. Dr Culbertson’s work is good and Ali’s cleanings are the best. Ginny is the worst unprofessional front office person that can make or break a business! She’s the first and last person patients see. So for me, she’s a bust! If the doctor didn’t know, he should have known! After all it’s his business!"
