"I waited about two months for my first appointment, got there 20 mins early to do paperwork was taken to a room then told someone would be in to soon. 40 mins later and no one showed up to the room. Even after that I set another appointment 2 months later. fast forward and with 3 weeks left till my day i'm being called and told the person im supposed to see is leaving and i will be placed on a WAITING LIST. I will be making a report to my insurance company and will be letting them know not to refer future patients here. this place is a joke."

"I had my first appointment with Chrystal Davis on June 28th (it's July 19th today) and I still haven't heard back from her for any future appointments or scheduling, even after discussing weekly sessions with her when we met during our first session. I even attempted reaching out via text to her on the 12th, hoping to hear SOMETHING back from her by now...nope. Honestly, at this point, I don't want to hear back from her at all. It took soooo much in me to want to open up again and to seek/hire a therapist and yet the first person I turned to went mia after one appointment, with zero accountability. She even promised to email me important information the same day of our first appointment, but didn't send it until July 5th (8 days later)... so I'm seeking help with another company instead. Why go to someone you can't trust when there's soooo many more options out there and therapist that genuinely care? Never settle, especially when it comes to your mental health/health."

"This office is terrible I have had multiple billing issues on multiple occasions. I can never get anyone from the billing department to call me back even after multiple attempts. This has happened on multiple occasions. I recently spoke to the billing manager she said she would call me back the next day, never called me back, I followed up she said she would call me back the next day with a solution, she did not call me back. I called her. Stacey had no solution for me or the correct information about the account. I had to provide her with my receipts and my transaction history. I repeatedly asked for a solution, she explained she needed to speak to another associate and would get back. Another associate called me, I guess Stacey was over helping me, explained even though I requested to pay out of pocket since it was a cheaper rate $65 versus $90, nothing could be done to correct the mistake but she could put me on a payment plan! This is a mental health office why would you treat people that need help like this. And why would you over charge patients on purpose! I love my therapist but I refused to be taken advantage of as a customer, be ignored or and brushed off! Is this how your firm conducts business as a medical, are you helping or hurting your clients?"

"I am not happy with this company at all. We started going there only because one of my autistic child's therapist worked there. We took time off. But we have a lot of family trauma going on. I tried there ABA therapy. What a joke. 5 different therapists within a 3 month time span. Finally found one he was comfortable with and we did great over the Summer. Here we are in Fall and she has no room in her schedule for him. Not only that they wanted to opt him out of the program. Did you ever stop and think he was doing so well because he was comfortable. I fired them all on the spot. You CAN NOT do this to a child with disabilities. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Thanks for the attachment issues I am now going to face because of your company."

"Dr. Pascal is incredible!! His staff were professional, patient and compassionate. I followed Dr. Pascal from his previous practice in Va Beach. He is one of few physicians that have been able to reach my 10 year old daughter on a personal and professional level. You can tell he’s well educated and familiar with proper medications. My daughter’s teacher has seen such a turn around since being under Dr. Pascal’s care and she hasn’t had a bad day since. I give Family Insight 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone."
