I am a flight attendant for United Airlines, I have been in Ubers , Lyfts , etc. and Connect BBC has by far been the best transportation system. I met a young lady who introduced herself to me as “Patricia”. She was my driver (Bus 53), ! Absolutely LOVE HER! She made sure when we came out of those doors from the airport she was there , helped with our bags and even asked if we were too hot or cold so she could adjust the AC ! We made it safe and I do hope she continues to smile with Connect BBC ❤️ This Woman needs to be acknowledged for her hospitality and hard work she’s doing !"

After scheduling I received an email with my receipt and then about 3 hours before our arrival I received a text with our driver’s name and number. Our driver was very helpful and friendly.
