"Amanda was amazing! The big flower companies ProFlowers and Just Flowers screwed up my order and said they couldn't get the flowers to my wife for our anniversary. So, I ended up calling the local florist and Amanda said she would run it over to the hotel my wife way staying at on her way home. Thank you for the great customer service!"
"Amanda was so friendly and helpful and was willing to work with us up until the day of our wedding to make sure the flowers were absolutely perfect! She arrived early to get the arbor piece attached exactly as we wanted it, even when we were delayed in arriving to help direct. She even turned on the AC for us to keep the flowers (and the people soon to arrive) nice and cool. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service we got from Sparrow's for the wedding!"
"We worked with Sparrow's Flowers as our florist for our small, intimate wedding in April. We really struggled to find a florist who was willing to take on a relatively small wedding project since we were only looking for a bridal bouquet, an arbor piece, and some flowers for the cake. Amanda was amazing though and didn't shy away from the project! She created the most beautiful bouquet and complimentary arbor piece and left plenty of beautiful flowers for our bakery to add to the cake. We really appreciate all that Amanda did to help make our day even more beautiful."
"Last minute need, ran into the owner as she was locking up and was happy to oblige to provide the roses I needed and could not find anywhere else given the time of day. Kudos to the owner, because her customer service went ABOVE and Beyond! Still can't thank her enough for taking the time to unlock the door and go back in to get the flowers I needed. That says a lot about this business. (Don't expect her to do that all the time though! It was a specific need and she was very generous for doing that)"
