"Takes over 20 minutes to get your drink. The district manager never responds to email or phone calls. Why even pay to have a district manager and have their card in the business if they don’t help the customers or respond? 9 staff members and took over 20 minutes to get my drink when Hilltop does it in 5 with 2-3 people. Filing a corporate complaint since district doesn’t do anything."

"Visited inside the store to grab a pumpkin cold brew. Friendly & smiling baristas. Great atmosphere! Pumpkin cold brew is just the right amount of coffee & sweetness, especially if you’re not a fan of sweet drinks. It’s also a beautiful & sophisticated looking drink but I forgot to take a picture!!!"
