I was so happy to find a company that allowed me to get ready at the location I wanted and at an early time since the ceremony was taking place at 11AM. "We loved Christy!!!! Christy did my hair for my wedding along with my mother and maid of honor. I booked a trial with her beforehand and after just seeing a few pictures she nailed the look I wanted for the big day. I didn’t have any changes to what she came up with. She made me feel very comfortable to give her any critiques or changes, but I didn’t have any. It was clear that she cares about you being perfectly happy with her work. She was so nice and pleasant to work with. She also has a great personality and is fun to chat with. My hair also held up all day/ night without any touching up. I was really happy with it and my mom and maid of honor were as well. The whole booking process was so organized and the communication from Jocelyn is always timely and helpful. I showed her a picture of a hair style I liked and she made it even prettier than the photo. The makeup was perfect… glamorous but not overdone. The makeup matched my dress color perfectly. "I have medium length hair, semi-thick, Caucasian brown hair asking for a bridal up-do. Amy (the owner) was ON TIME, professional, kind, and pleasant to be around! My hotel room was on Fort Belvoir and she was happy to fill out the form and travel to the correct gate in order to make sure she could get on. When she arrived, it took less than 10 minutes for her to set up, and after showing her the style I was going for, it took her seconds to figure out where to start! Now, I personally gave her to go-ahead to tease as much as she wants which helped deliver the look I wanted, but as long as you condition your hair after, no damage will form. The look itself was beautiful and intricate! She took her time and managed to finish (in my opinion) quickly. I definitely was paying for a style that I could not deliver on myself (especially in the time she did it!). I had never worked with STG before this and was skeptical, but if the owner is this amazing, I would 1000% trust anyone she chooses to hire. Love STG!"
