"I just got my hair cut by Nagi. He told me he was going to cut layers, to which I immediately said I did not want layers. He insisted and said that I would like his layers. He stood there and argued with me until I had no choice but to accept, because he would not take no for an answer. Well, I do not like the layers, and in fact I am extremely upset with my hair. I wish he would have listened to the customer instead of arguing with me and ruining my hair."

"Great service! Glenda, Nacho and Nagi go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I made an appointment through ClassPass for my mom to get highlights (Nagi killed it with color and how fast he got it done) and myself to get a haircut and blowout, even though we were late for our appointments Glenda waited for us and offer us yummy snacks and a variety of drinks. We will definitely be returning!"
