"Worst hair experience. 1) Scheduled braider came 30 minutes late, although I asked repeatedly when making the appointment if the time was 100% confirmed and fine as it was at 7 am. 2) She first made the braids too small and didn't properly ask me how I wanted it styled, I asked her to stop immediately so she can properly understand how I wanted it, yet she left the small braids that she first started with in my hair instead of undoing it... my style was medium/large. 3) Despite arriving late, she then left early, leaving my hair not properly done and then the owner had to finished it. It was beyond unprofessional 4) The scheduled braider clearly did not do my hair neatly at the back as 2 hour later one of my braids started unraveling and I reached out to the owner- she said she will follow up with me and almost 4 days later, I had to follow up with her as I did not hear from her. There was no accountability for her employee's negligent services and she start arguing with me and said I can return to get the ones that have loosen out (because at this point at least 7 of my braids loosen out) can be redone by her but I'll have to pay. Yes, you read correctly- she was charging me to get my hair fixed due to her employee's poor quality of services. I paid $230 (with a $20 tip - to the owner as she finished my hair) and this is the horrendous services and respond I received. I will never return to this company and I'll continue to warn others of this experience I had there."

"DO NOT GO HERE! This is the WORST hair experience I've had in my entire life. It is 100% clear that Isha has no knowledge of hair, hair health etc. and should be reported to the board of cosmetology. First and foremost she was AN HOUR LATE. She strolled in no apology and started my hair. She shampooed my hair and the first time only truly washed my weave. I had to go back and ask her to shampoo my scalp and actually hair in braids. Next she refused to condition my hair because she said you can't use conditioner and leave in conditioner both and that if she did it would be extra. Next she sat me down and began to try blow drying my hair without any heat protectant. I made her out hear protectant. She was not gentle and clearly did not care if she was ripping my hair out or not. After blow drying she tried flat ironing my hair. First the pieces she took were far too large then she blamed her inability to straighten my 4C hair on the fact my hair was too thick. This is not the truth my hair can get silky straight with proper technique which she did not have. To compensate she tried to flat iron each huge strand over 10 times during which I made her stop because she was giving me excessive heat damage without results. In the end she told me she did not have the proper tools to do the service so I was confused why she even took the appointment. Also during the entire appointment she spent time harassing me to zelle or cash app her despite the fact I had already paid her on style seat. I left there having wasted 80 dollars. I wouldn't let Isha touch my hair with a 10 foot pole. STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT GO HERE!"

"I bought my own hair because i wanted an obre effect, in total it cost 250 but always last a long time and I tip on top of that. The ladies are great but you have to be upfront with the style if your mixing colors as they are braiding and if you want your hair to be curled in a certain way."

"Edited Review: Isha did my daughter's Senegalese twists. She was nice and she accommodated a same day appointment. They were a bit bigger than we asked for but alwete extremely neat and have lasted for 4 weeks and counting."
