"The place hasn’t been swept and the tables were filthy and not organized in the bar area. We sat at the bar and it took 10 min before we asked someone if the bar was open and they went and found someone. Pass for the cups were actually in the bar. There were several workers just standing around.also the Tacos we had at bdubs at the mall were so good !!! But today in Lehi !! Check the photo!! Barely anything in them . The manager came and told us that the company changed the portions? Well that means we will no longer be coming here."

"This place is great. Only complaint is I think the wings should be cooked a little longer, but there’s so many things that make up for it here. Service is great, the food tastes really good, and they have all the sports you can think of playing on loads of tvs. I always enjoy the UFC fight nights. I believe BBW is a franchise. So whoever is running this BBW’s, my compliments to them. I love it here!"

"We showed up and hardly anyone was here and now I know why. I added a picture of one of my chick wings. Some were decent, but most were rock hard and super small to the point of not being able to get any meat off of it. Sucks that my boyfriend worked 1-2 hours of his life to afford to take me out to dinner tonight and the food was this bad…. Most BWW are good, this one is terrible. Literally zero customer service. I had to ask for napkins…"

"if i could leave zero stars i would. first off we had to clean the table when we were seated, it was soaked from their dirty rag and had crumbs all over. second we ordered a appetizer and it didn’t come out until the meals were brought out so made no sense for an appetizer. third we got our meals and our chicken tenders we 90% breading, one whole ‘tender’ was bread. forth the waitress was not good, took like 10 minutes to greet us then never saw her again until we asked for the bill."
