"I love this place. It has healthy food options for those with gluten,dairy, vegan, sugar diet restrictions. After moving from Seattle to Utah it was difficult to find many healthy options for dining. It’s busy during meal times, but they take your order and then you may sit down and they bring it to your table. This is my favorite healthy place to eat. Their desserts are yummy too!"
"I loved my experience at Aubergine today! I decided to go with a kids meal, silly I know, but the size was actually perfect for me. Also pictured is the Rio Bowl- a customer favorite. Their food is made fresh and tastes AMAZING. great with allergies to dairy and gluten. It is definitely a little pricy, but it’s worth it for the fresh food! It god super packed around 12:30, hard to even find a table. So I’d suggest going a little before or after the classic lunch time. Great experience and will be going back!"
"I've been eating here for a couple years. I think Aubergine has finally figured out the line throughput, service and condensed menu. 5 Stars because my most recent visits have been so good. Coconut Curry Bowl never disappoints. I like the healthy value provided by Aubergine. *Bonus-my kids really like eating here."
"Concept and implementation is good but taste was okay . Clean food and clean ingredients. But no flavor. Thought of making vegan healthy version of Icecream is also good Tried spicy coconut curry bowl which is not at all spicy and Brownie layers - the nice cream is good with coconut whip cream but brownie was average and trio dip is good but again felt like its bland but falafel was good Overall a healthy menu and good concept"
