"I have been taking my 2 cats here for 8+ years and have always been happy with the care they received. Last May, my 17 yr old cat had a bladder infection. The clinic got her in by late morning, diagnosed her illness and treated her. She healed quickly and I was very happy. This past Monday, my cat had the same symptoms of another bladder infection (10 months later). I called first thing in the morning expecting that my cat could be seen same day with no issues. I was told that it would be a $100 charge to see my cat same day and that the next "regular priced" appointment was 8 days later. By then, my cat might be dead or have kidney damage. Rather than pay the $100 fee, I found a clinic in Park City that would treat her right away with no service charge for same day treatment. This was a poor experience that made me feel like money mattered more than my pet's well being."
"I called on short notice and they were so awesome to fit me in. The whole staff is just lovely. The vet tech and the vet calmed my dog and made him feel safe. That says a lot for me. "I've been to a lot of animal clinics over the years, but Wasatch Animal clinic is on the top of my recommendation! Their employees are aways nice and friendly and my dogs love the vet techs. The doctors are also great with the animals and aways helpful with how to treat them. I don't think I've ever had to wait a long time to see the doctor either. If you take your pet is as an emergency they are pretty good in getting your pet in a timely matter."
