"Beautiful place! Even nicer than the pictures. About a 10 minute shuttle ride to park city without traffic. The shuttle runs often, but sometimes there can be a 20 minute wait. Great place to stay, especially with a family."

"We had awesome experience at this property. The rooms were larger than we expected. We never expected a one bedroom apartment. (WOW) The rooms were nicely furnished with two huge wall mounted tvs. The staff was amazing. Everyone that we met went over and beyond to assist us. More importantly they did it with a smile. On our first night we went downtown for dinner. There was a heavy amount of snowing and the roads were icy. When we returned to the property we were unable to make it up the uphill entrance due to the road being covered with ice. It must have been 20 degrees outside. We were afraid and clueless being that we are from Florida. A shuttle bus arrived and asked if we needed help. Zach, Nestor, and AJ exited the shuttle bus with shovels in hand. They stayed with us for nearly an hour in the cold. They scraped the ice from the road creating a path to allow us to get up the hill. Neither one of them wore gloves. These guys should be commended for a job well done. These guys have really set the bar high when it comes to customer service. Thank you guys for your help and service. See ya next year…"

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, decor and all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was beautifully presented. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. We ended our evening at the beautiful bar & lounge where we brought in the new year with live music. And again, the staff was amazing! What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service from both the hotel staff and the restaurant/bar staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The gorgeous room, fantastic dinner, and exceptional service from the hotel and restaurant staff made it a truly memorable stay. "Had an amazing experience here with a large group of friends (~30 people). We went to a play that didn't get out until around 11:00 p.m. The front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to use the game room if we were quiet, even though it was outside of regular hours. It meant a lot because it was one of our friend's birthdays and it was a getaway that we had planned a long time ago. The front desk workers were amazing. Will definitely come back."
