"Called my dogs meds in. Received a confirmation from their automated system. Left work early to make it and be able to give my dogs her anti seizure meds. I get there and was informed they didn't have any and very casually told that their phone confirmation system should not be trusted. I asked why I never received a phone call making me aware of this and was not given an answer. After having the employee not acknowledging any responsibility or even saying sorry I was told that a different store had them if I needed them. Again in a very casual fashion as if all this was just an inconvenience on them."
